Session Notes

Session Notes are used to document each training session in one place. They capture attendance, progress, challenges, and outcomes so you have a clear, consistent record over time.

Use Session Notes to:

  • Record what was covered during a session
  • Document student progress and barriers
  • Attach files or materials used during the session
  • Create continuity between sessions
  • Support reporting, billing, and follow-up

Session Notes are added through the Student Record. Each note is tied to a specific student and date, ensuring information stays organized and easy to review later.
