This demo toolkit shows how the Trainers Toolkit is organized and how data flows between records.
The entries are sample data created to demonstrate structure, relationships, and workflow. They illustrate how trainers set up profiles, define courses, manage billing and case management contacts, enroll students, and track training activity.
Student records are the anchor. Courses, enrollments, and related information connect through the student record so data is entered once and reused consistently.
Attendance, grades, and session notes are active tools. Sample entries are still being added.
This demo is intended to show how the Trainers Toolkit works and how records relate to one another. It is not intended to model ideal teaching scenarios or documentation practices. Grades, attendance, and session notes are not included in the demo.
