ATI textbooks are sold as digital downloads. Access is granted immediately after purchase or, when applicable, through an active membership that includes textbook discounts or access.
Textbook purchases are licensed to the individual purchaser. Textbooks may be used for personal learning and professional reference. Redistribution, resale, sharing of files, or posting of textbook content in whole or in part is not permitted unless a separate distribution license is explicitly included with your subscription level.
Textbook access through membership benefits is available only while the membership remains active and in good standing. If a membership lapses or is canceled, any membership-based access or discounts end immediately. Previously purchased textbooks remain available to the original purchaser under the original purchase license.
All textbook purchases are final. Because access is granted immediately to downloadable content, no refunds or exchanges are offered.
ATI may update textbook content over time. Updates may be provided to purchasers at ATI’s discretion. No guarantee is made regarding the frequency or duration of updates.
ATI does not guarantee compatibility with specific software versions or screen readers beyond what is stated in the product description at the time of purchase.
Unauthorized distribution or misuse of ATI textbooks may result in termination of access to ATI services and legal action where appropriate.
