All ATI textbooks and instructional materials are protected by copyright. Access to these materials is provided through a license, not a transfer of ownership. Licensing terms vary by membership level and are outlined below.
Use of ATI textbooks indicates acceptance of these terms.
General Principles
ATI textbooks are licensed for use, not sold outright.
Licenses are granted to individuals or organizations, depending on the membership tier.
Licensing rights exist only while the associated subscription remains active, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Discounted pricing does not alter licensing terms.
Access to materials does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share content beyond the scope defined below.
Individual Member Licensing
(Founder and Forum Member Tiers)
Individual members are granted a personal-use license.
This license allows the member to:
- Use ATI textbooks for personal study and professional development
- Reference materials during instruction they personally deliver
- Access licensed materials while their subscription remains active
This license does not allow the member to:
Share textbooks with students, colleagues, or other trainers
- Distribute digital or printed copies
- Post materials to websites, shared drives, or learning platforms
- Reuse content in published or commercial products
Founder discounts and benefits do not change these restrictions.
If a subscription is canceled or expires, all access to licensed textbooks ends.
Team Access Licensing
(Forum Team Access Tier)
Team Access provides a limited internal-use license.
This license allows:
- Named team members to access ATI textbooks for internal staff training
- Use of materials within the organization for professional development
- Access limited to active team members during the subscription period
This license does not allow:
- Distribution of textbooks to clients, students, or the public
- Sharing materials outside the organization
- Use of materials after a team member is removed or the subscription ends
The license applies only to the number of team members covered under the subscription.
Full Access Pass Licensing
(Enterprise Distribution License)
The Full Access Pass includes a distribution license.
This license allows:
- Use of ATI textbooks by staff and clients
- Distribution of materials to students or program participants
- Use within agency-run training programs and services
Distribution rights are limited to:
- The subscribing organization
- The scope defined by the active subscription
- The duration of the subscription term
This license does not transfer ownership of the content.
All rights revert upon subscription expiration unless otherwise contractually stated.
Prohibited Uses (All Tiers)
Regardless of membership level, the following are not permitted:
- Resale or sublicensing of ATI textbooks
- Posting materials to public or private repositories
- Removing copyright notices
- Representing ATI materials as your own work
- Using materials outside the scope of your licensed tier
Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
License Duration and Termination
Licensing rights exist only while the associated subscription remains active.
If a subscription is canceled or expires, access to textbooks ends immediately.
Founder access is not recoverable once lost.
ATI reserves the right to revoke access for misuse or violation of licensing terms.
