Access Technology Trainers Forum
Effective Date: February 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Access Technology Trainers Forum website, platform, services, tools, training resources, discussion forums, databases, live sessions, digital materials, and related services (collectively, “the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Eligibility and Accounts
Access to the Platform is limited to registered users and members. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be shared unless explicitly permitted by the applicable membership tier (such as team or enterprise subscriptions).
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current.
Membership and Subscriptions
Access to content, tools, training materials, databases, forums, and services is determined by membership level.
- All subscriptions are billed on a yearly basis unless otherwise stated.
- All sales are final. No refunds are issued for partial periods, cancellations, unused time, or unused services.
Membership access, features, and privileges remain active only while a subscription is in good standing. If a subscription is canceled or expires, access to protected content, tools, and services ends immediately.
Certain tiers (including Founder/Legacy tiers) are limited, capped, or permanently closed. Access to closed tiers cannot be reinstated once lost.
Content Access and Expiration
Some content, including training materials and lesson archives, may be time-limited by design. Access to specific materials may expire after defined time periods based on membership level.
Expiration is tied to content lifecycle rules, not continuous account status alone. Re-subscribing does not automatically restore expired content unless explicitly stated in the membership terms.
Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
All memberships, subscriptions, and access passes are billed in advance and provide immediate access to digital content, live sessions, tools, and community features. Because access is granted immediately, all sales are final.
There are no refunds for unused time, missed sessions, partial participation, or early cancellation. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not result in a refund of any fees already paid.
Membership access remains active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified by the membership tier.
Founder (Legacy Tier) access is retained only while the subscription remains active. If a Founder subscription is canceled or expires for any reason, all Founder privileges are permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated. This tier will not reopen.
Team and Full Access Pass subscriptions allow designated managers to add and remove team members during an active subscription period. Access ends when the subscription ends.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Acceptable Use
The Platform is a professional community for access technology trainers and related professionals.
You agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, or target other users
• Impersonate any person or organization

Intellectual Property
All platform infrastructure, original content, training materials, databases, software structures, and documentation created by the Platform are protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
Members retain rights to their own original content but grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display, store, and distribute that content within the community environment.
Redistribution, resale, or external publication of protected materials is prohibited unless explicitly licensed.
Educational Content Disclaimer
Training content, tools, discussions, and materials are provided for professional development and educational purposes only. The Platform does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.
Members are responsible for how they apply training concepts in professional practice.
Third-Party Services

Data, Privacy, and Security
User data is handled according to the Platform’s Privacy Policy. Members are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of sensitive student, client, and professional data shared within the system.
The Platform is designed for professional use and is not intended for the storage of regulated personal data unless explicitly authorized.
Access Control and Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of services, or behavior that harms the community or platform integrity.
Termination may occur without refund.
Platform Development and Changes
Features, tools, services, and content may evolve over time. The Platform reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, tools, or features as part of ongoing development.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services.
