Founder (Legacy Tier) Legal Notice

The Founder (Legacy Tier) is a limited, non-renewable membership tier offered to the earliest supporters of the Access Technology Trainers Forum.

This tier is capped at forty (40) members and closes permanently on February 14, 2026, or when all available memberships are filled, whichever occurs first. Once closed, this tier will never reopen.

Pricing and Duration

The Founder tier is billed annually. The subscription price is locked for the duration of an active subscription and will not increase while the membership remains uninterrupted.

Founder benefits apply only while the subscription is active. This tier does not confer lifetime access independent of an active subscription.

Access and Benefits

Founder members receive access to forum features, training materials, archives, tools, and discounts as described on the Founder subscription page at the time of enrollment.

Some Founder benefits, including access to lesson archives and materials, may exceed those offered in other membership tiers.

Non-Recoverability of Founder Status

Founder (Legacy Tier) status is permanently forfeited if the subscription is canceled, expires, or lapses for any reason.

If a former Founder later re-subscribes, they may only enroll in currently available membership tiers. Founder status, pricing, and benefits cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

This policy applies regardless of reason for cancellation, including voluntary cancellation, payment failure, or administrative removal.

No Transfer or Assignment

Founder memberships are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or shared.

Changes to Platform Features

The Access Technology Trainers Forum may evolve over time. Features, tools, and content may be refined or expanded. Founder benefits will not be reduced while the subscription remains active, but specific implementations may change as the platform develops.

Acknowledgment

Enrollment in the Founder (Legacy Tier) constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.
