Outlook with JAWS Online Training

From navigating the Outlook display and managing the message list to creating rules, scheduling events, and backing up data, this course teaches every part of Outlook.

This course shows you how to use Outlook with JAWS as a single, integrated system. You will learn to configure views, manage messages, work with attachments, and organize your inbox so important messages stand out. As you progress, you will manage calendars, reminders, tasks, and notes to track deadlines and commitments, and apply tools like categories, favorites, and search to make Outlook a central hub for communication and planning. Keyboard commands are taught in context, with a focus on understanding what happens when they are executed.
