The Full Access Pass is an enterprise-level subscription designed for organizations that require broad access to training, materials, and licensed instructional content.
Because this tier includes expanded rights and distribution permissions, additional rules apply.
Account Structure
Each Full Access Pass has a designated Organizational Administrator. This administrator is the primary point of contact and holds responsibility for account management, compliance, and licensing use.
The subscription includes access for up to the number of staff members specified at purchase. Each staff member must have an individual login.
Access may not exceed the licensed seat count.
Administrator Responsibilities
The Organizational Administrator is responsible for:
- Adding and removing staff members
- Ensuring staff comply with licensing and usage terms
- Managing seat allocation
- Overseeing use and distribution of licensed materials
- Maintaining accurate organizational information
Administrators may access organization-wide documentation and records created under the account where applicable.
Staff Member Access
Staff members may participate in forum discussions, attend live trainings, access databases, and use Trainer Toolkit tools according to the permissions granted by the Full Access Pass.
Staff members may not:
- Share login credentials
- Grant access to non-staff users
- Distribute materials outside licensed permissions
- Represent themselves as acting independently of the organization when using licensed content
Textbook and Content Licensing
The Full Access Pass includes distribution rights for ATI textbooks and training materials as explicitly described at the time of purchase.
Distribution rights apply only to official organizational use and must comply with all stated licensing limitations.
Licensed materials may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed beyond the scope of the organization.
Data and Documentation.
Work created within the platform by staff members remains associated with the organization.
If a staff member is removed, their historical entries and documentation remain part of the organization’s records.
Organizations are responsible for exporting or retaining data prior to subscription expiration.
Subscription Changes and Termination
If the Full Access Pass expires or is canceled, access for all associated staff members is revoked.
Distribution rights terminate immediately upon expiration or cancellation.
Former access and licensing privileges are not recoverable.
Compliance and Enforcement
Misuse of licensing rights, credential sharing, or violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent loss of Full Access Pass eligibility.
