Issue Type: Broken link
Details: The link in the Trainer Notes is incorrect. The text should read See also https://www.blind.training/task-or-skill-instructions/task-or-skill-search/entry/44/
In addition, the link isn't clickable so the trainer has to copy the text, create a new tab and paste in the URL.
